SHOPPING / growth

HÅKAN KARLSSON the comercial project leader for the Vällingby City project was interviewed in Swedens biggest newspaper DN. Mr Karlsson means that the great investment of 3 Billjon Crowns (MEUR 300) will be payed back fast with a growth rate of 1%. Even with a decline and recession of the ecconomy the shopping will not be much affected as housing for example. The shopping in SEK will be doubled as the new centrum will be visited by shoppers from all over west Stockholm.

CAR DRIVER / trying to kill police man

A DRIVER OF A MERCEDES car was stoped for a control by police, then the driver tried to escape in high speed and in this aimed to hit the police man with the car. The police opened fire at the driver. The Mercedes car drived away and hitted several other cars hard in a nearby crossing. Four persons was injured, one severe , and bringed to hospital for examination and care.

GRIMSTA TROLLS / exists

ONE TROLL catched by the camera close to the Grimsta Forest. The camera never lies so this profing the thesis of trolls. Looks a bit like a troll painted by the artist John Bauer (to the right). The shy urban trolls lives on in Vixton, but you may not feed them.

THE STOCKHOLM WEST church is nominated as one of the top 7 of Swedens concrete constructions in the Betong Magazine
The church designed by Carl Nyrén in 1956 was comented as world leading church design, by the world famous architct icon Le Corbusier

GERT / wingåhrd on design

THE CREATOR OF KFEM fashion temple is interviewed in the “Market” Magazine on his work with the new house. He tells us that he was inspired by a red perfume bottle when he made the design. Read the article, in swedish
