A 34-YEAR OLD craftsman did an explicit fraud against Nordea Bank in Vällingy a couple of weeks ago. The man came in with a bank check of MSEK 28 (approx. MEUR 3). The check was a well designed forgery and when the personel called the phone number on it for verification a faked bank person from an other bank firm answered. All seemed to be ok and the money was transmitted to the craftmans account. To celebrate he invited the bank workers to have a cake with him at the office. The crafsman later took out some of the stolen money in Euro and Pund, so he is suspected to be located somewhere in England. A great part of the money Nordea lost has been transmitted back to them. This fraud sounds like a plot from the movies about the Jönssonligan.
