A FALSE INSURANCE CLAIM has been up and solved in court for the second time. The theft of an italian luxory car of the brand Maserati, that was reported stolen in Vällingby 2003, and later found in Borlänge, was a case of insurance fraud the court judged. In the latest round the case has been solved in Svea Hovrätt.
